Apartment Description:  Spacious 1,400 sq/ft apartment on the 1st floor (with elevator) of small modern building with good security.  Located near blvd. St. Germain and the Montparnasse area, conveniently located near shops, restaurants, movies.

The flat includes two bedrooms with double bed, one with twin beds, one with one single bed.  A lovely little balcony is off the 2nd double bedroom.  There are 3 bathrooms in apartment - one with bath/shower and W/C, two with shower and one W/C in separate room.  Includes completely equipped open kitchen with bar.  Other amenities include washer/dryer, high speed internet, color TV, and directly dial phone.

Closest metro station:  Ecole Militaire or La Tour Maubourg

 

Minimum stay: 1 week (5 days available at management's discretion)

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or MasterCard accepted.  

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
