Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 35% deposit taken at time of booking, balance of rent due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Security/damage deposit of $375 is also taken on arrival and refunded after departure.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted from security deposit.

Arrival/Check In: Arrival time will be arranged at time of booking, check out is 11:00 a.m.  

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.
