1 Bedroom (320 to 400 sq/ft): Double bed or 2 single beds plus 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed in living room which is separated from bedroom by sliding door
2 Bedroom (510 to 600 sq/ft): Double bed and 2 single beds plus 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed in living room 

Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at add'l cost)

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.  If arrival is within 14 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 5:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  24 hour reception available.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
