The 25 sq/m studio is on the top floor of a charming Parisian building, with lift.  The living room is bright and convivial with comfortable double sofa bed and well-equipped open kitchen with bar.  

The other flat, a 45 sq/m 1 bedroom apartment in 17th century building on the 2nd floor with lift  The flat has a dining area with table and chairs with view onto a courtyard and fully open-planned kitchen.

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Rambuteau

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of one week rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
