Apartment Description:  On the left bank, in the heart of St Germain des Prés, this is one of the most typical street with its market, food shops, restaurants.  In a classic old building, on the 4th floor with no elevator (5th American), the 45 sq/m apartment faces the courtyard, is quiet and bright.  

It contains a living room with an open-plan counter kitchenette and dining area with table and chairs seating four, sofa bed, TV, telephone. The kitchen is well equipped with burners, refrigerator and microwave.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.  

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
