Minimum
stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking,
balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A city of
Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be
taken. Please note telephone and electricity charges are
not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.
Holiday period: A surcharge of up to 20% may be
added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.
Arrival/Check In: By appointment only. Airport transfer available at additional cost
of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5. Arrivals
outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday,
may require airport transfer. Sunday arrivals are
charged an additional $150 due to city of Paris regulations.
Check out is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy: There is no refund for any
cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
