Apartment Description:  A compact (59 sq/m) and well-laid out 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a charming ancient building.  It is located on an old fashioned Parisian street in the famous Montorgueil pedestrian area with direct access to an all-week open market, and close to many monuments, shops and restaurants.

The flat has large living room with wooden beam ceilings, decorative fireplace, polished hardwood floors and nicely furnished.  It includes large and fully equipped open kitchenette which features 2 sinks.  Includes bathroom with sink and shower, and separate W/C.  One cozy bedroom with queen bed and master bathroom with tub.  The second bedroom on the other end of apartment has double bed.  Please note both do not have windows. 

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Sentier and Etienne Marcel

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. need to be arranged at time of booking.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $44 (party of 2) to $73 (party of 4).

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
