Apartment Description:  Private, bright and quiet 900 sq/ft 2 bedroom duplex near the Invalides and the Eiffel tower.  Also, close to Rodin museum and the ave de Saxe street market.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor (American 3rd) of a classic 19th century building with concierge and digicode intercom, no lift.  The first level houses the kitchen, living room with sofa bed and separate W/C.  Both bedrooms and luxurious marbled bathroom on second level.

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Segur and Sevres Lecourbe

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  A city of Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be taken.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out. 

Holiday period:  A surcharge of up to 20% may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.

Arrival/Check In:  By appointment only.  Airport transfer available at additional cost of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Sunday arrivals are charged an additional $150 due to city of Paris regulations.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
