Apartment Description:  A ground floor 450 sq/ft one bedroom apartment in 17th century building, formerly Great Augustins Convent. It has kept its old walls with exposed beams and the old well in the verdent courtyard.  The main attraction of the area is the river Seine that runs at the end of the street. But this is also part of the historical section of Paris and one needs to stroll only a few blocks to discover the fascinating rue de Buci street market and the blvd. St. Germain. The Latin Quarter and Place Saint Michel are minutes away. Across the street from the building is the Mariage Freres, will serve and sell the finest tea in Europe, and two of the best restaurants in town are located just around the corner.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  A city of Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be taken.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out. 

Holiday period:  A surcharge of up to 20% may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.

Arrival/Check In:  By appointment only.  Airport transfer available at additional cost of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Sunday arrivals are charged an additional $150 due to city of Paris regulations.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
