Booking procedure: 30% rent due at time of booking, balance taken on departure.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Reception is 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is lost for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 7 days, there is no refund unless apartment is re-let.
