Apartment Description:  In the heart of the historical Marais area, near a lot of stores and monuments.  Great location with supermarket and open market.  The apartment is on the main floor, with a small garden, in an 18th century building.  Large main room with a sofa bed for 2 people, furnished with a coffee table and armchairs.  Open fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs.  There are two bedrooms: the first one, upstairs, with 2 single beds making double and connected to the main bathroom.  Includes wooden beams on the wall and tiled floor.  The second bedroom, downstairs, with a double bed.  Please note this one has a very small window.  Carpet floor.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
