Apartment Description:  The studio apartment is centrally located, you can walk to the Louvre in 10 minutes, the Marais and Centre Pompidou or cross over to the Left Bank , to the Latin Quarter. It is an interesting and popular district as it has a mixture of traditional French ambiance in the village of Montorgueil and great fashion “avant garde” boutiques at rue Etienne Marcel and Place des Victoires, and amongst quality restaurants and bars. Also, this charming 17^th century building is located on the cobbled street of Montorgueil, only accessible to pedestrians. Windows facing the courtyard, very friendly and calm.

The studio was completely renovated in Summer '02, measures 33 m² and is on the 2^nd floor (3^rd American) with three large windows facing the inner courtyard. It is very calm and quiet. The sleeping area is separated from the salon and includes a double bed (or 2 singles) and a cozy salon with a fixed sofa with cable TV and stereo, DVD player, phone line. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. Also a pretty modern shower and toilet attached with a hairdryer.

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Etienne Marcel. RER station Les Halles is less than 10 minutes walking.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 15% deposit due at time of booking by credit card.  Balance taken one month prior to arrival and must be paid by wire/swift transfer or cheque in Euros.  $580 (500 Euro) refundable security/damage deposit is requested on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  An appointment must be arranged.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than one month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
