Apartment Description:  A one bedroom duplex in the heart of the St Germain area, surrounded by cafes, art galleries and museums.  Just off rue de Seine, rue Visconte is the original home of Balzac and is steeped in the history of art and literature in Paris.

The apartment has been recently remodeled.  The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and the separated kitchen and living room downstairs.  It has lovely views onto private gardens off the back side of the building.  

Closest metro station:  Minutes to St Germain

Minimum stay: 1 week. 

Booking procedure: 50% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  $500 damage deposit also requested upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be arranged.  Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
