A variety of restaurants for either family dining or gourmet dining, a Starbucks and a Sainsbury supermarket are nearby.

The Georgian townhouse-style blocks of studios, one and two bedroom/one bathroom apartments are located on Curzon Street. Note these two bedroom apartments are located in a building with NO lift and are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. An elegant two bedroom/two bathroom duplex (with kitchen and living/dining area on ground floor & 2 bedrooms/bathrooms on 2nd U.S. floor) and several spacious three bedroom units are located on 1/2 block north, on Charles Street. All apartments are furnished to a very high standard, some with spacious reception rooms and large formal dining rooms. Each apartment provides direct dial telephones, complimentary wireless broadband internet access and fax & answering machines available. Kitchens are fully furnished and room service is available from local restaurants. Some apartments have marble bathrooms and superbly designed English made bedroom furniture. There is a resident housekeeper to take care of dry cleaning, laundry, shopping and helpful reception desk staff at Curzon Street to receive guests, arrange car hire, reservations, sightseeing, etc. Also, parking available nearby at additional cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years)

Booking procedure: 20% (during high season) to 30% (during low season) rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Cancellation policy: Rental deposit can be used as credit for future stay. If within 15 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
