The apartment was comfortable and the location was fantastic! We felt safe.  There were plenty of places to eat (both fast food and other) and three grocery stores within just a few blocks. The subway REALLY was only three blocks away (I was doubtful!) Ms. Jeanette was kind and helpful in greeting us. Please let her know how much her presence helped our peace of mind - from both a security stand-point and knowing she was there to assist us with information. The staff at Kings House were great and allowed us access to the apartment past the regular check out time as our flight did not leave Heathrow until 7 pm. Camille from New Jersey - We have just returned from a week's stay in London at the Kensington Superior apartment. The building is located in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. It is very convenient to the Underground (if you are staying more than three days, get the Oyster!) When we arrived at the apartment, we were promptly escorted to our flat which was located near the lift (it was pretty quiet.) We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the flat was. Bedrooms were very comfortable The 3 bathrooms were new and stocked with enough towels and a hair dryer. Bonus towel warmer was a surprise. The kitchen was updated with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. My family loved this flat. Very British! It was great to gather in the morning for breakfast and at night after dinner for card playing and a glass of wine. Several nice restaurants in the area, especially Wagamamma's. Supermarkets within walking distance. Our stay was very pleasant. I would return and book again as you were lovely to deal with.

Loretta from Maine - Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our apartment in Paris at Theatre.  It was truly a wonderful location.  We were on the 3st floor and had a panoramic view of the city from the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Couer, Notre Dame, Les Invalides and across the city to the Bois.  The staff were courteous and helpful - if a little amused at a gaggle of 8 American women.  My concerns about being stuck out in the wrong end of the city were unfounded as the metro made quick work of getting around.  We went out to Versailles the first full day and I was amazed to be transported to another century for 70 cents.  We only resorted to a taxi once when getting from the Louvre to Montmartre was going to involve 4 metro changes.  So we got 2 taxis and drove up the Champs Elysee then off to Montmartre - a whirlwind tour of that part of the city. Thanks again for all your assistance.  I really felt you were personally interested in our group having a good time.  I will certainly look to your company again when next I go.  You can count on it!
