Apartment Description:  A one bedroom apartment located on the first floor (2nd American) with No lift of an historical XIV century Palazzetto.  It is walking distance to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori.  The accommodation is divided by a living room with a chimney and sofa bed for two, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with tub-shower.  Facilities include color TV, Air-conditioning in the living room, efficient fan in the bedroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board, independent heater.

Minimum stay: 4 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
