Apartment Description:  Charming studio apartment in the center of ancient Rome, located on a quiet street just behind the famous and recently restructured Altemps Museum.  Stepping out the door you are at 50 meters from Piazza Navona and minutes to the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori and Spanish steps.

The cozy apartment is on the ground floor of small 17th century building.  It has wood beamed ceilings and unique flooring made of stone and marble.  Includes comfortable double bed, one table for up to 6, library, sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.   With color TV, air conditioning and independent heating.

Minimum stay: 5 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro (approximately $40).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
