Apartment Description: Fantastic
location for an unforgettable holiday in Rome, only minutes
walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Trevi
Fountain, you could not ask for a better address. The
accommodation is a delightful apartment on the third floor
with lift of a nice old building in one of the most exclusive
streets in the Artistic Quarter. The
area is full of restaurants, cafes and all the exclusive
boutiques including Armani, Ferragamo, Gucci, Valentino, Prada,
etc...
It is divided
into spacious living room with three windows, kitchen, and bathroom with
tub/shower. There is a double bed in bedroom plus comfortable
double sofa bed in living room, with color TV, stereo,
washing machine, and independent heating.

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
