divided into an entrance, large living room with dining area,
master double bedroom with bathroom with tub "en suite",
bedroom with two single bed, fully equipped, large kitchen and
second bathroom with a large shower. Facilities include
color TV, DVD player, stereo, independent heating, washing
machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board, microwave oven,
safe, A/C provided with a portable “Pinguino” unit. |

Minimum
stay: 3 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $74). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.

during Easter and Christmas
