position - in the very center of the city, walking distance
from Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo dei Fiori.

The 800 sq/ft apartment is on the third floor (4th American)
with No lift of a small Palazzetto. One large, bright
living room with two door windows, a chimney, two folding beds
and a dining area. One quiet bedroom with window looking over
an internal court yard. One fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher and microwave oven. Tiled bathroom with
Jacuzzi tub-shower and W/C. Flat includes nice wooden
floor, color TV, washing machine, independent heating, Air
conditioning.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
