Apartment Description:  Located in Trastevere, walking distance from Piazza Navona, Campo dei fiori, Pantheon, Isola Tiberina, the Imperial Forum. The location is very central and very well connected with the airport.

The apartment is just behind Piazza Belli which is the square that introduces the Trastevere area, famous for its restaurants, shops and pubs.  It is bright and very quiet, on the second floor with lift of an ancient 17th century building. The furniture is functional and old style with matching fabrics upholstery, TV, washing machine, telephone, and hardwood floors.  The apartment is divided into a living room with an open plan kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed for one person, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with tub-shower.

Minimum stay: 5 days

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $45).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $13/day) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
