Apartment Description:  Bocca di Leone consists of two luxury apartments in an exclusive building in the center of Rome. Because the two apartments are on the same floor, they work equally well when rented together as a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom unit or individually.

Just a three-minute stroll from the Spanish Steps, the location is in the heart of Rome's haute couture shopping area and within easy reach of Rome's major attractions. A short walk brings you to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo or the Villa Borghese. Transport by bus, taxi, or subway is a moment away, putting all of Rome at your doorstep.

The neighborhood is lively but elegant, with many famous restaurants and trattorie. At the end of via Bocca di Leone you will find grocery shops and market stalls, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and fish available every morning. Private car and drivers are always available outside the nearby Hotel d'Inghitlerra.

The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment consists of a living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (on opposite ends of the living room, to ensure privacy) and two bathrooms (tub with shower). Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and large closet; bathrooms are en suite. A terrace is accessed from one of the bedrooms and from the kitchen.

The spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment has an entry hall leading to a living/dining room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (tub with shower). There are two master suites (one with king-sized bed, one with joinable twins), large closets and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is best for children.  There is also a sofa bed in living room.

Amenities at Bocca di Leone include satellite TV, DVD, stereo, telephone, washing machine and unlimited ADSL high-speed internet access.   2 hour daily cleaning is also included.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 50% rental deposit due at time of booking, balance due 2 months prior to arrival.  As this is offered by private owner, please note payment must be made by cheque/bank transfer.  Security deposit of $2,500 held by credit card authorization (not actually charged) and refunded once inventory is taken, minus any breakage, heating and phone calls.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge. 

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 2 months prior of arrival, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
