Apartment Description: Located
right behind Campo dei Fiori, the liveliest area in Rome, famous meeting
point for locals and foreigners. This wonderful
three-story building is divided in 7 apartments, recently
remodeled with taste and elegance. Each apartment features hard wood floors and beamed, high ceilings,
beautiful yellow tiles in the bathrooms, coordinated tapestry.
Everything contributes to give the entire property a charming and unique
atmosphere. The building features a lift and houses the
following apartments:
Studio: Composed of a spacious living room with double bed and double sofa bed, a
fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower.
Loft: Composed of a comfortable living room with a single bed and a double sofa
bed, equipped kitchen. On the loft a romantic double bedroom and a
bathroom with shower.
2 Bedroom: Composed of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms
and two bathrooms with shower. Please note there is no
proper living room in this unit.
2 bedroom Duplex: Located on third floor with
lift. The apartment offers a charming terrace, two bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, and
kitchen. Fist level composed of sitting room with access
to charming terrace, double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with
shower, a second bathroom, and kitchen. The upper level
houses the second bedroom and another bathroom.
Facilities in all the apartments: Air conditioning\Heating, SAT-LCD screen television, completely equipped
kitchen, safe, video intercom. Mobile phone (without credit), hair-dryer, iron and ironing board,
available on request.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro
for Studio, 35 Euro for Loft and 45 Euro for 2 bedroom flats.
For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro
between June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
