Apartment Description: This luxurious apartment,
has a beautiful, green and spacious terrace and a great
location just few steps from Saint Peter's and the Vatican
museum.
This welcoming property has hardwood floors, elegant and
modern furniture, and the three bathrooms have beautiful
Italian marble or hand crafted tiles. The elegant terrace is
completely equipped and green.
The 4th floor (5th American) apartment with NO lift,
develops on two levels and features a large living room with
a sitting area and a dining area, close to the separate and
fully equipped kitchen. One of the two sofas in the sitting
area is a French bed. From the living room, you have
the access to the terrace, and a staircase that leads to the
loft.
Through a corridor you will reach the two
bedrooms of the first level, one with single bed with
ensuite bathroom with shower, second bedroom has double bed
with ensuite bathroom with tub. The third bedroom is on the upper level and has two single beds convertible
into a double and a private bathroom with shower.

Minimum
stay: 3 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and
must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 50 Euro
(approximately $75).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
