Apartment Description:  A charming terraced studio apartment in an excellent location, on Piazza Campo dei Fiori - perfect for its shops, typical cafes, restaurants and the folklorist flower market that takes place every morning.  Walking distance from Pantheon, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. 10 minute walk from the Vatican and Saint Peter’s Church.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (5th American) with No lift of a 17th century old building completely restored.  The apartment is a quiet haven, comfortable and charming, with its luminous room and its lovely flowery balcony right over the Piazza.  It consists of one large room with a dining area with sofa bed convertible in one single bed and a sleeping area with double bed convertible in two singles, color TV and stereo.  The living room enjoys the view of the flowers and green of the lovely little terrace where you can relax and while away over a cappuccino or an Italian cafè.  Includes kitchenette and bathroom with tub having hand held shower.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro (approximately $40).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
