A bright and spacious apartment is on the 5th floor with lift and
has been recently remodeled with beautiful wooden
floors. It is divided into one living room with a double comfortable sofa
bed, large bedroom with double bed, completely equipped kitchen
and spacious bathroom with shower. Both the bedroom and the kitchen have a nice little balcony overlooking Roman roofs.
Includes 2 TV sets: one in the living room the other in the bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer,
stereo.

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
