Apartment Description: This beautiful apartment is
located only 50 meters from Campo dei Fiori. This famous
square has become a popular spot for people to admire
wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists,
musicians and poets. The area is also home to some of the best
restaurants in town. Walking distance from Pantheon,
Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps.
The apartment has been completely remodeled and has kept the
atmosphere of an ancient Roman house. Beautiful old
"Florentine Cotto" floors, hard wood beamed ceilings, very
modern bathroom and kitchen. You enter into the spacious
living room beautifully furnished with “Deco” objects.
Further on the dining room from where you have the access to
the kitchen and the bathroom. One sliding door separates
the large and luminous bed room from the rest of the house.
First floor (2nd American) with No lift. It is divided
into living room with sofa bed for two, dining room, kitchen,
bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed for one and
bathroom with shower. Facilities include A/C, color TV,
washing machine, independent heating, electric oven, iron and
ironing board.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
