Apartment Description: This beautiful apartment is
strategically located at 50 meters from the square of Campo
dei fiori. Walking distance from Pantheon, Piazza Navona,
Spanish Steps. The apartment has been completely
remodeled and has kept the atmosphere of an ancient Roman
house. It has beautiful, hard wood beamed ceilings,
wooden floors, hand painted doors, fantastic “Murano”
ancient chandeliers. Very modern with high technology
instruments are the kitchen and the bathroom; the red
crystal chandelier in the bathroom is very unique. The
apartment futures the entrance that has on one side a
beautiful kitchen. The spacious living room is just in front
the entrance and is beautifully furnished with a very
comfortable sofa bed for two and in the dining area you can
enjoy a second beautiful chandelier with white and red
crystals. Completely separated is the spacious bedroom
that has two luminous windows. On the corridor the
entrance for the beautiful bathroom that has a very large
shower. Located on second floor (3rd American) with no
lift. Facilities include air conditioning, Plasma TV,
washing machine, dish washer, safe, microwave oven,
independent heating, iron and ironing board.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro (approximately $16/day) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
