minutes walk from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the
Pantheon.

marble. First floor (2nd American) with NO lift.
It is divided into an entrance, living room with a sofa bed
for two, smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, master bedroom with
double bed, large completely equipped kitchen and bathroom
with a Jacuzzi tub. Facilities include air conditioning,
Satellite TV with VCR, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing
board and iron and independent heating. |

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $74). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
