Apartment Description:  Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located 100 meters from the Metro B stop: Cavour.  Walking distance (15 minutes) you can reach Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and Spanish Steps.

The apartment is on the third floor (4th American) with No lift of a very nice 17th century building.  It is spacious and bright, divided into one entrance, one living room, two bedrooms each with a double bed, one kitchen and a rather large bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa bed convertible into two comfortable beds.  Includes color TV, stereo, independent heating.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $65).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $15) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
