Apartment Description: This romantic apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere in one of the most famous Vicoli: Vicolo del
Cinque. Few minutes walking from Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Campo dei
Fiori. This apartment, located on 1st floor (2nd
American floor) with No lift, is divided into a large living room with fireplace equipped with a
French size sofa bed, a dining table for four. The house is bright and charming, it has beautiful wooden
floors, high ceilings and windows, old fashion furniture.
It is divided into the living room, one double bedroom with double bed,
small well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub-shower.
Facilities include color TV, ironing board and iron, central heating, A/C.

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
