Apartment Description: The street of this apartment has
an astonishing view of the Colisseum, the same view that you can enjoy from the living room windows looking on the right side.
At walking distance from the Imperial Forum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, and the Church of Saint Clemente, the oldest church, on three levels, of the ancient Rome. The area is one of the most picturesque and famous area of the city, full with archaeological sites, artisan and antique shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes.
The apartment is on the first floor (2nd American) with NO lift and it is very spacious and luminous. Although it is situated in a central area, it is very quite especially for the double bed room that faces an internal court yard.
Furniture is very modern and attractive with nice objects and paintings. A warm feeling is given to the house by the coconut carpet In the living room two large windows, a large table, a comfortable sofa bed for two, other sofas and TV
and VCR. The kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The bath has a tub-shower.

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
