Apartment Description:  Spacious apartment excellently located between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.  On the fourth floor with lift. The remarkable furnishings and paintings revel a taste for art and beauty. There is a foyer that leads to a large living-room composed of 2 areas with an arch ceiling between.  The living-room has a tall double glazed window providing natural day-light as well as a great view on the old roman roofs.  From the living-room you can enter into the dining-room with 2 tall double glazed windows providing breathtaking open view on the old roman roofs, and bookshelves filled with many books and helpful guides on Rome.  There is a long corridor that leads to the bedrooms. It is decorated with paintings and hand-painted ceramics floor.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.  The large mirror behind the bed provides space and a stunning effect to the room.  The room has a large window providing natural day-light.  Includes ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.  The second bright bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a queen size bed) and a wardrobe.  The second bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom and has tub/shower and is tiled with sparkle white ceramics and mirrors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies. It also has a four-seat table and a TV set.  In the building there is a communal terrace which you can use. It has a spectacular view of The Pantheon and the city of Rome.  Amenities include telephone, 2 satellite TV sets (CNN, BBC, etc), washing-machine, iron, ironing board, stove, microwave, hair-dryer, independent heating, air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Please note this is a NO SMOKING apartment.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Please note this payment must be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Security deposit:  $500 requested by cash or cheque on arrival and is refunded on departure after inventory is taken, minus utilities (avg. $8 to $17 per person/week), extra heating, damages and phone calls.

Holiday period:  There is a 20% surcharge added to rent during Easter and Christmas.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in is between 12:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and is arranged by appointment only.  Check out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is lost for all cancellations.  In addition, 50% of the rental balance lost if the cancellation is less than 2 months before arrival.  NO refund if less than 1 month before arrival.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable trip cancellation and interruption insurance arranged at the time of booking.
