Apartment Description: Extremely central, located
behind the Pantheon in the very heart of the ancient Rome, a
stone's throw from Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Campo dei
Fiori, Trastevere.
This apartment has beautiful "Trompe L'Oeil" in the
dining/living room and in the bedroom, fantastic wood floors
but the most striking and unique decoration are those
beautiful doors with hand made brass leafs representing
flowers and animals. This wonderful house has a large
entrance, a large living room with two windows overlooking the
quiet, small Piazza Rondanini, with a comfortable sofa bed for
two, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. One
double bedroom and an exclusive marble refined bathroom with
shower. Facilities include Air conditioning, color TV,
washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron,

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
