Apartment Description: Three beautiful apartments in
the Spanish Steps area offers you a great varieties of
restaurants, cafes as well as the best shopping in the city.
Walking distance to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trevi
Fountain. All of the apartments have their own entries
with outdoor private spaces. They all have all modern
comforts with fantastic upholsteries, elegantly and
tastefully furnished, modern and beautiful kitchens, large
bathrooms with shower.
These peaceful apartments are located on 1st floor (2nd
American) with No lift. The studio and 1 bedroom
apartment includes large living room with dining area, sofa
bed for one, kitchenette, one double bedroom and bathroom
with shower. The 1 bedroom unit also offers a the
unique view of the spectacular frescoes on the bedroom
ceiling. The large 1 bedroom includes spacius living
room with dining area, sofa bed for two, kitchenette, one
double bedroom and two bathrooms. All apartments
include air conditioning, satellite TV, independent heating,
Internet connection.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $57). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
