Apartment Description:  In the very heart of Trastevere, one of the most charming and beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Walking distance from Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Imperial Forum.  This area is famous for its hand-craft little shops, jewellers and boutiques. It also offers a variety of good restaurants and cafes.  

This well appointed apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift of one of the many ancient buildings, offering independant entrance.  It is divided into a very large living room with a dining area and a double sofa bed, one spacious kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, one large bathroom with modern shower, toilet and bidet.  It is decorated with many of the owners personal items - a tasteful blend of period and contemporary furniture, ornaments and pictures.  The marble bathroom has a modern shower.  Flat also includes color TV, washing machine, and A/C (at add'l $14/night).  The accommodation is a comfortable home that provides a romantic atmosphere.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $57).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
