Apartment Description: The location of this
apartment is excellent: few steps from Piazza Navona and at
walking distance from all the other important sites: Campo dei
Fiori, Trastevere, Spanish Steps, Pantheon.
Being on the fourth floor (5th American floor) with NO lift of
a noble building, the apartment is very luminous: the
delightful living room has two lovely balconies from where you
can enjoy a beautiful view of the city domes and ancient
monuments. This apartment features high beamed ceilings,
antique hard wood floor and it is furnished with a tasteful
blend of antiques and contemporary furniture.

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $74). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
