Apartment Description:
This charming large apartment is in the heart of the Roman historical center, just
5 minute walk from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori and 10
minutes from the Pantheon, St. Peter's and
Castle Saint Angelo. Located in an 18th century building on the 4th floor with elevator.
The large entrance with bookcases, frescos and marble floor leads into the living-room.
The living-room is furnished with two white sofas, a velvet arm-chair, 2 olive wood secretaires with chairs. There are built-in shelves filled with books.
The decoration with paintings, carpets and valuable curtains revels a fine taste of the owners.
The parquet floor and the authentic fresco ceiling complete this unique atmosphere.
From the living-room, you enter into the bright dining-room which has a six-seat table.
The dining room is also furnished with 2 cupboards: one is built-in glassed shelves and the other one is in
chiseled wood, both are decorated with antiques and porcelain pieces. There is also an access to the private terrace.
The dining-room has also a living-area with a sofa, built-in shelves with small antiques and a TV set.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large wardrobe. The room is blessed with natural day-light from a tall window.
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, it is tiled with sparkle ceramics.
Upstairs from the dining-room, there is a loft alcove with a French double
bed (better suited for children).
The second full bathroom has a bathtub with shower and is tiled with sparkle ceramics.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies and it has a large window overlooking the terrace through which provides natural light in return.
The terrace has views of the old roofs in the historic center and the green hills of
Gianicolo. Amenities: telephone, TV, washing-machine, dish-washer, microwave, iron, ironing board,
hairdryer and air-conditioning.

Minimum
stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card,
balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note payment must be made by
wire transfer (or cheque, at additional cost).
Security deposit: $500 requested
on arrival, which is refunded on departure after inventory is taken,
minus utilities (average $8 to $14 per person/week) and any breakage, extra heating and phone calls.
Holiday period: There is a 20% surcharge added to
rent during Easter and Christmas.
Arrival/Check In: Check-in is between 12:30 AM to 7:30 PM,
and is arranged by appointment only. Check out is
10:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is lost for all
cancellations. In addition, 50% of the rental balance lost if
the cancellation is less than 2 months before arrival. NO
refund if less than 1 month before arrival. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable trip
cancellation and interruption insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
