Apartment Description: This apartment is located in the heart of Rome, next to
Piazza Campo de' Fiori, the famous flower market and Piazza
Farnese, and just minutes to the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
The neighborhood is full of nice restaurants, cafes, and
famous jewelry shops, but the most wonderful part is that each
morning you can browse through an open air flower market like
no other in the world!
The first floor apartment with No lift (2nd American) has been very
nicely remodeled with
cotto floor tiles, large windows, high wooden ceilings and
heavy wooden doors. The owners have been meticulous in keeping the apartment's
original style, and the result is a wonderfully warm
combination of ancient beauty and modern conveniences. The living room features
color TV with stereo and breakfast area, with
a table that seats five. The kitchen is well equipped. Wooden furniture adds to the ambiance.
The bedroom is quite comfortable, with two windows
overlooking the palazzo's quiet courtyard, includes a double bed, a full closet and an antique writing
desk. In the living room there is a sofa be for
two. Bathroom with tub/shower and separate W/C.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $57). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
