Completely remodeled, this ground floor apartment features
high beamed ceilings, beautiful mosaic floors and one slide
of Roman History thanks to an archaeological stone inserted
into one of the walls. It has beautiful, elegant
wooden built-in wardrobes and book shelves that divide the
house into a living room with a fold-out sofa, small dining
area with kitchen and a little entrance. Divided into
small entrance, bedroom area, completely equipped kitchen
with dining area, bathroom with shower. Facilities
include Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, safe, independent
heating, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven,

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $56). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
