Apartment Description:  This apartment is situated in very quiet and leafy area of Rome, overlooking the River Tiber, close to Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps (10 minutes by foot). It is also very well connected by public transport to major tourist attractions such as St. Peter's, the Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori. During the summer and autumn the neighborhood is full of life as along the Tiber there are many musical, sports and cultural attractions. The area is also full of pretty little restaurants and shops.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th American) without lift, of a nice building. It is 60 sq/m, with wooden floors, a spacious, colorful and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave oven). The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a stool and a table with three chairs. The bedroom has large double bed and two bedside tables. On one of the walls has a nice trompe d'oeil livens up the room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine.

Minimum stay: 7 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
