Apartment Description:  A one bedroom apartment on the third floor with lift of a building located in a charming area of ancient Rome, just behind Piazza Fontana di Trevi and only minutes to the Spanish Steps and Pantheon.  The tangled little streets, the massive and beautiful Palazzos, the unique shops and restaurants, the ancient churches, the magnificent Trevi Fountain, make of this place a real haven from which to visit the city.  Just stepping out of the main door and you are surrounded by a special and cheerful atmosphere, which is unique in the whole world.

The apartment is divided into an entrance, one large living room, one bedroom with double bed, one fully equipped kitchen, one bath with tub-shower. In the living room a dining area and one comfortable sofa bed for two.  The whole house is luminous and charming, it has beautiful hard wooden floor, high ceilings and large windows.  Among many amenities: TV with DVD player and VCR, dishwasher, washing machine.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
