Apartment Description:  This lovely and unique apartment is located in the "Rione Monti", at few steps away from the Roman and Imperial Forum, the Domus Aurea, Piazza Venezia. It is extremely well located and connected to the rest of the city, being only two minutes far from the Metro stop.

The apartment, on the second floor of a very elegant building, is all renovated and is fully equipped with central heating and air-conditioning.  There is one bedroom very luminous and quiet, with a small balcony that overlooks an internal garden. A living room, with a sofa bed for two, which can be completely separated from the bedroom with a large sliding door. A dining area and fully equipped kitchen (fridge - microwave).  One bathroom with shower. A small loft (3 mq + 1.30 m high) with a single futon.  For your convenience, the English speaking owner also offers a mobile phone left at your disposal.  In the area there are many useful services including laundrette, internet cafe, scooter & bike rental and many restaurants.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
