Apartment Description: This beautiful apartment
located between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Just around
the corner is the most exclusive coffee house where you can
sip a cappuccino overlooking the magnificent "Chiostro del
Bramante". At walking distance from the most famous
Roman landmarks: Campo dei Fiori, Spanish Steps, Trevi
Fountain, Coliseum, Trastevere.
This apartment has been completely remodeled and is immaculate
and beautifully decorated. It is divided into two
floors: on the first floor you will find the living room with
sofa bed for two, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with
shower and the kitchen. On the second floor a second
bedroom with en-suite bathroom with sink, bidet and W/C.
Located on third floor with lift starting from 2nd floor. Facilities include
color TV, stereo, air conditioning, independent heating, iron
and ironing board, washing machine, microwave oven, hair
dryer. Sorry no children 12 and under. |

Minimum
stay: 3 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $74). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
