Apartment Description:  This apartment on Via Giulia, is strategically located at five minutes walking from Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and at ten minutes from Spanish Steps.  On this road we find some of the most beautiful palaces of Rome, including Palazzo Farnese and its garden, Palazzo Falconieri: better known as the Hungarian Academy, Palazzo Sangallo Medici, etc.

Located on the fifth floor (6th American) with NO lift of a XV century building, this apartment is very luminous and has the view of this beautiful road better known as the "Renaissance Road".  The apartment has been completely remodelled and has kept the atmosphere of a real residence.

As you enter, you will find the beautiful kitchen on your left and on the opposite side, the dining are with a large table for 8.  The spacious living room is very luminous and has a wide beautiful chimney with sofa bed for two and a comfortable sitting area.  Each bedroom has a zip and link bed (large double that can be split into 2 singles) and each has a bathroom close by, one with tub/shower, the other with shower.  A large common terrace on the roof of the building can be used by guests.

Facilities include Air conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, independent heating, electric oven, iron and ironing board.

There is also another very similar 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in same building a floor away which can be viewed here, renting both would be a great option for large parties of up to 12 guests.

Minimum stay: 3 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $72).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
