Apartment Description: Nestled just behind Piazza Farnese and Campo de' Fiori, in the heart of Rome, and one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city.
This lovely apartment is within walking distance of the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, as well as the famous Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Saint Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant' Angelo.
Via Farnese, where the apartment is located, is a small, quiet pedestrian street.
You're surrounded by charming little Italian restaurants, and in the morning you can enjoy the
daily open market in Piazza Campo dei Fiori, a few steps off the house.
The property is located on the 1st floor (2nd American) with
no lift, of a three-floor palazzetto (small palazzo dating back to the 18th century). It is furnished with antiques and ancient tapestries, and features an elegant tile floor, wooden ceiling, and
double-glazed windows. The view overlooks the back of Palazzo Farnese, also known as the French Embassy.
The home boasts a luminous living room with comfortable sofa, crystal table,
fireplace and romantic antique round double bed. A large wooden stairway leads to a
private and luminous loft with double futon bed, an ideal place to rest or read a book.
Behind the living room you will find a well-equipped kitchen
with dishwasher.
The white and gray marble bathroom features a shower. Flat
includes color TV and telephone.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 25
Euro (approximately $40). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas. |
