Apartment Description:  Delightful studio apartment with loft in the very heart of the historical center of Rome.  A stone's throw from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, a few minutes from the Coliseum and the Imperial Forum.  The area offers the best antique shops in the city as well as jewelry shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and museums.

This studio apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient building typical of this marvelous area, one of the most elegant and exclusive of the city.  The main floor offers a living room area with one very comfortable French sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and well equipped kitchenette.  On the loft you will find another French bed and a small library for those who want to relax and read. The furniture is nice and modern.  A/C included.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro (approximately $40).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
