Apartment Description:  Walking distance from the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter's Church.  Very well connected to the centre by Metro (two stops to Spanish Steps, Pantheon) that is at 200 meters from the house.  The area offers shops and boutiques as well as open space markets, restaurants and cafes.  

The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift + one flight of stairs with the entrance from a large terrace on top of a nice old building dating back to the end of the XIV century.  It is divided into one large living room with a double comfortable sofa bed. One large bedroom with double bed, completely equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower.  The apartment had been recently remodeled and is very luminous and spacious. The furniture is modern and elegant.  Outside of the main door you can enjoy part of the big terrace furnished with a table and chairs for romantic dinners and parties.  Among the amenities: TV, tape recorder, hairdryer, washing machine, A/C.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
