Apartment Description:  Apartment located on a small street closed off to traffic and just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps.  This charming apartment is on the 3rd floor with No lift (4th American). There is an entrance that leads to a warm living-room with two tall windows providing natural daylight and sun.  There is also a dining area with table and chairs.  The interior is graced with hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings.  Includes 2 bedrooms; first bedroom is a master bedroom with two twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed).  There is a chair with bookshelves and a tall window facing on a internal courtyard providing natural daylight and quietness.  Includes ensuite bathroom is tiled with sparkle ceramics and tub/shower.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a tall window providing natural light.  Unit has plenty of closet space in one of the hallways.  Includes another bathroom with stall shower and also tiled with sparkle blue ceramics.  From the living-room, there is the entrance to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies.  Amenities include satellite TV with DVD player and VCR, stereo, safe-box, washing-machine, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, air-conditioning and independent heating.

Minimum stay: 3 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
