Apartment Description: This spacious 3 bedroom/2
bathroom apartment is a short 10 minute walk to Saint
Peter's Church. In front of the building main entrance
there is a Bus stop with few buses that can take you to all
important sites of Rome, and in neighborhood, you can find
many shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is on the third floor with lift and is divided
into:
* Entrance
* living room with dining area and balcony
* double bedroom
* single bedroom
* twin bedroom with two extra beds
* one bathroom with shower
* one bathroom with tub
* kitchen with balcony
Facilities include two TV, stereo, fans, washing machine,
central heating, iron and ironing board, microwave. |

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $74). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
